职责描述:

1.Be in charge of business development of Klueber in the responsible area/industry and achieve the business objectives including the sales and GP targets.

负责开展本人所负责区域/行业的业务,完成销售指标及毛利率等在内的业务目标。

2.Pursue and achieve the goals in terms of both company and employee levels, and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment.

致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。

3.Establish and maintain the good relationship as well as long term partnership with the potential/existing customers.

与潜在、现有客户建立并保持良好的长期合作伙伴关系。

4.Provide professional technical supports for customers including product introduction and new product promotion, technical seminars, solutions for issues, quick response to complaints and quality problems.

为客户提供专业技术支持,包括产品的引进和新产品推广,技术研讨会,解决问题、对投诉和质量问题迅速作出反应。

5.Collaborate with internal sales team and finance department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions.

与销售内部团队和财务部共同合作,确保合同金额能够在规定的时间内支付。

6.Timely and actively give feedback to the involved projects and share experience among colleagues.

及时、积极地就所参与的项目提供反馈意见,并积极与同事之间互相交流经验。

7.Collect information of market and competitors and feedback to company timely.

收集市场和竞争对手的信息,并及时反馈给公司。

8.Submit job related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, sales review and so on regularly and timely.

定期提交各类工作报告,如:每周工作报告,每周工作计划,预测报告,客户拜访报告、市场调研报告、销售回顾报告等。

9.Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.

10.Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.

遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。



任职要求:

1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or chemical engineering or relevant majors;

机械工程或化学化工类相关专业本科及以上学历;

2.At least 3+ years sales experience for industrial products, proven solid sales results and technical capability;

至少三年以上工业类销售工作经验,拥有良好的销售业绩及技术能力;

3.Good communication skills to build up trustworthy relationship with customers;

良好的沟通技巧,能够与客户建立长期信任的关系;

4.Sharp sense for sales and business development for specialty products

敏锐的针对特种产品的销售及市场及业务拓展意识

5.Focus on detailed and high quality, work in a precise manner

工作中注重细节及质量,工作风格严谨;

6.Good self-motivation and implementation, result orientation and good anti pressure competence

良好的自我驱动力和执行力,结果导向,良好的抗压能力;

7.Matured customer handling experience. Good command of value selling. Kluberized thinking of doing things;
